Our Founder / CEO
Terisa is a trusted financial advisor to nonprofits, known for helping organizations move from financial confusion to clarity—so they can thrive in their mission. With 30 years of experience, a CPA license, and Master Degrees in Public Administration and Economics, she’s guided startups to 8-figure nonprofits through complex financial decisions with wisdom and integrity.
Her journey began in ministry during college, where a heart for service grew alongside her professional calling. From public accounting to serving as CFO at a large, multi-faceted church, Terisa has always seen financial leadership as a form of ministry. She now consults nonprofit leaders across the country, offering strategic insights rooted in faith, excellence, and purpose.
Whether advising executive teams, serving her city on the Audit & Investment Committee, or mentoring new ministries, Terisa leads with Colossians 3:23 in mind: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord."

Christian is a financial director with a strong track record in strategic planning, financial management, and nonprofit growth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas Tech University, he brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to helping organizations strengthen their financial health.
Christian has experience partnering with executive teams to develop financial strategies that drive mission alignment, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. His insight and steady leadership make him a trusted advisor during times of growth, transition, or financial complexity.
In addition to his professional work, Christian is actively involved as a leader in his local church, where he brings the same heart for stewardship, service, and excellence. His work is guided by faith, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping mission-driven organizations thrive.
Denise Dietz, ACC

Denise is a passionate believer and seasoned leader, she brings more than 30 years of experience in organizational leadership, team development, and cultivating healthy, mission-driven cultures. As an IFS-Informed Life Coach and former pastor, she's best known for her ability to gather people, inspire vision, and nurture wisdom in individuals and teams.
Throughout her career, she has built and led high-impact teams, fostered thriving workplace environments, and guided organizations through growth and transformation with clarity and compassion.
She views every season as an opportunity for growth. Whether in the boardroom or her urban homestead garden, she's passionate about lifelong learning, cultivating potential, and creating spaces where people and organizations flourish.
