Join Our Growing TeamWho We are:
We are a team with a mission and a standard.
We partner with mission-driven organizations (often with significant revenue and complexity) that want more than controller-style compliance. We bring CFO-level leadership that helps clients make decisions, build healthier operations, and move their mission forward.
What that means for you: you will be doing meaningful, high-responsibility work with real outcomes, not busywork.

How We Show Up
Our work is a calling. These principles highlight how we show up. We partner with churches, private schools and nonprofits, with 8 figures in revenue, who want financial leadership that drives impact, not controller/compliance talk - but strategic decision-making difference. We believe our work is stewardship, and we aim to honor Jesus in how we lead, serve, and deliver results. We hold ourselves accountable to live our Leadership Principles every day. They guide how we lead, how we work, and how we stay client-focused, so we can fulfill our work as a Kingdom Calling.
We Are Known for These Principles:
Make It Happen
Say It Simple
Trust Is Glue
Courage to Speak Truth
Faith-Filled Follow-Through
Humble Learners

A Few Key Details About Us:
ROWE Culture
At Thrive, People are evaluated on outcomes, not hours or activity. Teams have clear goals and ownership, flexibility in how they work, and a strong expectation of accountability and follow-through.

Â
Our Clients
Our Clients are Churches, Schools & Nonprofits in stages of growth and maturity with financial leadership and strategic decision making. We support their growth with clarity and strong financial leadership. To do this, experience in nonprofit financial leadership and ministry are expected.
Â
EOS
We use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to keep things running smoothly. It helps us stay organized, focused, and on track, so we can give clients the best possible services and manage the energy of our organization by aligning people, processes, and goals. If you thrive with predicability and structure, this is the engine under the hood.
Remote Work
Our team works from a home office. We require reliable internet access and a professional environment suitable for virtual meetings and confidential financial work. Any travel or on-site requirements will be communicated and planned in advance. People who are intrinsically motivated are successful.
Technology
At Thrive, you are expected to learn and leverage new software (including AI-assisted tools) quickly to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality client service. We believe learning is anti-aging for the brain. Status-Quo is not our MO - Mode of Operation.
