January 2026

Jan 19, 2026

Happy New Year! As we step into 2026, we're excited to kick things off by celebrating the people who make our work possible and sharing resources to help you start the year strong. This month, we're spotlighting our incredible Virtual Assistants, Sarah and Cryssie, sharing why VAs can be game-changers for your organization, and providing essential year-end tools to keep your mission moving forward. We're honored to walk alongside you this year with the same care and dedication we bring to our own family. Let's make it a great one together!

Sarah was the first to come alongside Terisa. She expertly manages all things content. In addition to her work with us, Sarah homeschools her three children and nurtures a thriving garden. Her passion for growth is seen in every area of life. Sarah's true superpower is vision: she has an extraordinary gift for seeing with supernatural eyes, bringing insight, creativity, and inspiration to our team. Ironically, she is legally blind! We love how God made her and are thankful to have her on the team.

Cryssie supports the team with Billing, Accounting, Scheduling, EOS Dashboard, Kajabi, and Master's Circle.  We’ve have known Cryssie for many years and believe she is incredibly talented and kindhearted – embracing the values our team shares. Some things about Cryssie you might like to know – she has a passion for infertility and pregnancy loss support. She’s also an avid reader, who does professional book reviews, and has experience with podcasting with her own podcast, Braided Faith

Spotlight: Turning Point Community Church’s Year-End Success

We’re excited to celebrate Turning Point Community Church, who achieved a remarkable year-end close in just 9 days! This accomplishment was made possible through the implementation of automated systems like RAMP and the power of team collaboration. With a fast-moving financial picture, the team ensured senior leadership had up-to-date information to make strategic decisions quickly and confidently. This experience highlights how strong financial rhythms and timely data are essential for advancing an organization’s mission.

Congratulations to Turning Point Community Church for setting a new standard in efficiency and teamwork!

We also want to celebrate Turning Point Community Church for dedicating their 4th fully funded Baby Box at UMC in Lubbock, a powerful act of compassion that provides mothers in crisis with a safe, legal, and hope-filled option for their babies. Turning Point continues to show us what it looks like when a church says "yes" to God's opportunities and chooses to make a real difference in the next generation. Their obedience and generosity are changing lives, and we are grateful for their impact.

My passion for ministry began in college as my decision to follow Jesus led me to accept every opportunity to serve - driving a bus for a kids outreach ministry, leading studies with incarcerated women, and ministry to homeless people.   After college, I entered public accounting and began to apply my financial skills in service to nonprofits.  The firm I worked for had a niche in nonprofi...
